OOC RULES
1. The Golden Rule, treat everyone here the way you want to be treated.
2. Please keep things PG-13. If you want to have an explicit thread, do so over skype or emails.
3. Be literate. We don't expect Shakespeare from you but don't use chat speak or l33tspeak. We are an English site so we would appreciate it if you could use that language.
4. We operate on a three strike ban system. That means that when you break the rules you have three chances to stay on the board. First strike you get a warning. Second strike you will be banned for a day. Third strike banned for a week. Break the rules after strike three and we will permanently ban you.
IC RULES
1. When building your character, refrain from making them too perfect. Everyone has flaws and no one is universally liked. Mary Sues are not tolerated on this board.
2. No godmodding or powerplaying. Godmodding is when you make another characters actions for them without their permission. Powerplaying is when you use knowledge that your character doesn't have to their advantage.
3. While we have no definite word count on Mystern Forest, we do advise you keep your posts at least a couple paragraphs. In every post try to at least move the thread plot forward.
4. When creating your character, title the application [SPECIES] character name. It will help us sort you easier.
5. We are an animanga site, so all faceclaims must be from an anime or manga. We do accept video game face claims and certain western animations such as Homestuck and Avatar: The Last Airbender and Legend of Korra.
