While there is currently a peace over Mystern Forest there is still an unease. The Grimm in the Dark Recesses have kept mainly to themselves with only a few conducting raids against the other settlements. The Elves and the Humans hold a tentative peace following a recent battle that left both sides wounded and scarred. Some more magically inclined claim to feel an overbearing presence emanating from the forest itself with no cause evident.
Despite the mistrust and unease that blanket the forest, Hawkcrest and Oberonia are in the middle of planning a joint festival celebrating their new found alliance. Perhaps this will herald a lasting peace between the two races.
